Each session will include lots of information, discussion, tools, techniques, meditation and practice. This course is on phone the so that you can connect with like-hearted and like-minded people worldwide. All classes will be recorded for review. You will receive additional information via email after each class and partner support to help you take your healing and growth deeper and do it more effectively.

Class 1: Walking the Paradigm Shift
In order to work with the energies, not get stuck and make the best choices for you, it is important to understand what’s changing in the Universe and on this planet. You will learn how to recognize what is yours and what is affecting you from the outside and then practice tools to help you handle all the change.

Class 2: Staying Grounded, Centered & In Power
You will receive, discuss and practice new techniques to help you keep moving forward more effectively and effortlessly.

Class 3: Protection & Soul Retrieval
Soul retrieval is really soul exchange. You will come to understand how you lose, give away and trade pieces of your soul. You will then do a meditation to retrieve and exchange soul pieces. And, of course, learn techniques to keep you from losing energy this way ever again!

Class 4: Just a Mind Game
In our growth and evolution, it is important to be able to detach from our process so that we can see and release the negative patterns that lock up our brains, behavior and create an inability to live effortlessly You will learn the “tricks” to disengaging from the mind game.

Class 5: Moving Beyond the Secret
The Law of Attraction is one of the foundational Laws of the Universe. Learn and use this Law in expanded ways to move beyond the limitations that have been the container your life.

Class 6: Responsibility Brings Freedom
My favorite. Where are you stopping yourself? Discover the hidden places of blame and victim within your being. Bless them. Release them. Wave them goodbye and enjoy a new level of freedom that brings greater peace and success.

Class 7: Seeing Beyond the Veil
You see, understand and know more than you realize. We will discuss the limitations and fears that keep us separate from our natural intuitive skills. You will experience through active meditation, that you do see, understand and have access to the knowledge of the Universe.

Class 8: Living Without Limitation
This puts the last 7 classes all together. We will review, discuss discoveries and answer questions about the experience. By this time, it is very possible that you will have changed some core behaviors. If you have, those will be reinforced. If you want to, that can happen.

This is always an amazing experience. Vadauwoo is the Grandmother (clockwise) vortex for the Rocky Mountains. Her counter part is Castle Rock, which is the Grandfather (counter clockwise) vortex. Together, they balance the energy of the major portion of the Rockies. Vadauwoo was summer camp, a ceremonial center and sacred ground for the Utes and Lakota.

Enjoy a rich and rewarding day at this sacred site in Wyoming. We will spend the day hiking, meditating and playing at this amazing Grandmother vortex. We will spend time with Spirit, journaling, feasting, laughing, listening to the stillness and simply allowing the healing energy of this beautiful place to hold and renew us.
