This has been an interesting month. I started in Denver and went to Southern California to be with friends and to work. Then it was back home to see my kids. In just a few days, I was once more off to Rhode Island to meet new friends and a possible new home state. It has been a gift to be with Mother Earth and Mother Water from coast to coast in just four weeks. I feel blessed, healed, enlightened and unsettled.

I have learned that it is important for me to be very close to big water. I feel more at home and more energized. (Perhaps it’s those pirate past lives.) I forget how different I feel because Colorado and her inhabitance have been incredible in every way. It has been my home for 18 years and I am greatful for every moment including my magnificent children, loving friends, great clients and the sacred land. Every place I have lived has been beautiful and powerful and has enhanced my growth and life.

This continent continues to bless me with her beauty, uniqueness and many gifts. Every time I travel, I wonder why I don’t travel more. When people tell me they don’t believe in past lives, I respond with one observation, “With the incredible beauty of this planet, why would we go around just one time?” I am forever in awe and my heart is always over flowing.

I am blessed to have loving and supportive friends, clients and colleagues worldwide. This allows travel and moving to be easy, comfortable and delightful. The east has been touted as being unfriendly. I have never felt that. The west has a reputation for having a short-term memory of friends. Again, this has not been my experience. It is my experience that, when we open our hearts to people and places, they open their hearts and arms to us.

2008 was a challenging year for many of us, encouraging us to acknowledge and update our beliefs, patterns and behaviors. 2009 is giving us a chance to “bring it home.” We will be making changes in our physical world that reflect the new understanding and power we have gained though our Spiritual work. For me, it will include a move close to my beloved “big water.” For many of us, it also means a different relationship with our finances, our bodies, our countries and this Earth.

We will not be bored in 2009. We will have ample opportunity to integrate Spiritually with practicality in every aspect of our lives. With all of this, it is good for this traveling woman to know that, in humanity and with Mother Earth, there is always a huge helping of love, support, beauty and generosity to meet us.
