Hi All ~

Over the last two weeks, it has come to my attention how much difficulty we are having re-grounding with all the earth changes and assimilating the new energies. There is a lot of information about the changes and what they mean. Most of you know that I like things short, sweet and to the point. So here it is:

The earthquakes moved the planet to reset her axis. That caused her to spin a little faster. That sped up time. That shifted reality. Our internal electrical systems must adjust to all this including new grounding and resetting our alignment with this new reality. It may be slight for Mother Earth. For us, it is huge!

All of will realign naturally, very slowly. Some of us want to move into this alignment more quickly so that we can utilize the new energies and move forward more easily and productively. I am offering two meditations to help with you with all of this.
